Job Title: Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content (w/m/d)

Location: Unterschleißheim (Munich Region), Deutschland

 

Position Description: We are looking for an Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content (w/m/d) to join our Munich team.

 

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

1. Social Media Matrix Setup & Operations

• Support the setup and ongoing management of the social media matrix (e.g. LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, basic engagement, and account maintenance
• Ensure consistency in brand tone and visual identity across all platforms (B2B / Industrial / Robotics)

 

2. Content Planning & Creation

• Assist in planning and producing social media content, including:
• Robotics industry insights and trends
• Company and project updates
• Product, technology, and solution highlights
• Support writing and editing English marketing content (German is a plus)
• 3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Monitor basic social media and content performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Assist in optimizing content formats, posting schedules, and messaging based on data insights
• Prepare simple monthly or campaign-based summaries

 

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

4. Marketing & Brand Support

• Support the preparation of marketing assets (presentations, website content, brochures)
• Assist in communication for events, partner activities, and market outreach in Europe

 

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related fields)
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media operations, and robotics or industrial technologies
• Familiar with at least one major professional social media platform (especially LinkedIn)
• Very good written English skills; German is a plus
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Previous experience with social media management or content creation (personal or project-based) is an advantage
