Job Title: Advanced Quality Planner (w/m/d)

Location: Unterschleißheim (Munich Region), Deutschland

Position Description:

We are currently looking for an Advanced Quality Planner (w/m/d) to join our Munich team. An AQP will do advanced quality planning for projects and take the responsibility for part quality (customers and suppliers) in development phase. Besides, this role will take in charge of quality bridge of Minth locations and customer plants in development phase.

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

• Definition of checking plans / instructions for serial production
• Creation and submission of ISIR/PPAP documentation
• Work as a team together with the Project Manager and customer SQA in development phase
• Effectively handle communication to customer and Minth China
• Work with the quality platform of customers B2B system
• Support production plants in terms of specific customer quality requirement
• Responsible for Supplier Quality Management during development phase (test plans; checking concept; claim management; process audits)
• Work closely with quality team from Minth plants to carry out cross-region quality activities; coordinate Minth plants and customer to resolve quality issues
• Maintain and improve relationship with European customers

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Bachelor or master degree in engineering or any technical field or profound vocational training in a technical environment
• Minimum of three years’ work experience in quality (preferred within metal / steel / plastic industry or tier 1 automotive company like Mercedes, VW or Audi)
• Experience in automotive exterior trim parts is a plus
• Experience in automotive procedures like APQP / PPAP Independent and strategic working style, solution-oriented thinking (or similar procedures), FMEA, ISIR
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Willingness to travel
• Driving license
