Job Title: Finance Manager (w/m/d)

Location: Unterschleißheim (Munich Region), Deutschland

Position Description:

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager (w/m/d) to join our Munich team. This position reports to Minth Group CFO.

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

• Closely cooperating with Minth Group Finance Center, ensuring alignment with corporate financial policies and procedures.
• Managing capital operations, financial management, and taxation, ensuring compliance with German regulations.
• Developing and implementing finance strategies
• Overseeing and ensuring effective budget implementation
• Leading the ERP system implementation and ensuring continuous improvement and follow-up.
• Collaborating with German customs authorities, managing customs formalities and securing tax concessions related to freight operations.
• Preparing and delivering financial analyses and reports in a timely manner.
• Providing finance support and coordination for operations across the European region.

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in a management role.
• Solid foundation of strategic finance planning and knowledgeable in all finance area, especially in ERP, taxation, and capital management
• Very good knowledge of German financial laws and regulations
• Experience in setting up Internal Control
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (German is a plus) with strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Hands-on, results-driven, and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure.
