Job Title: IT/Helpdesk Intern (w/m/d)

Location: Unterschleißheim (Munich Region), Deutschland

Position Description: We are looking for an IT/Helpdesk Intern (w/m/d) to join our Munich team.

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

• Handling customer service requests
• Operating system, application software installation and application support
• The client software and hardware of the system, the fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Virus protection work
• The client network fault diagnosis and exclusion
• Daily installation, change, upgrade service
• Email account and access
• Remote maintenance
• Service request processing and IT notification
• According to the service request input helpdesk application and processing or monitoring events in life cycle
• Feedback the event handling works to users, and regularly reports the work of helpdesk

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Current studies (Bachelor or master) in IT-engineering or any IT related field
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Excellent IT knowledge (hard- and software) in common applications (Email,
• Microsoft, browser, malware), WLAN, Internet protocols
• Profound MS Office knowledge
• Open minded, good communicator
